Diocese Appointments

During this past week, Bishop Alan has made a number of appointments that directly affect the Cathedral

During this past week, Bishop Alan has made the following appointments that directly affect the Cathedral:

  • Fr Martin will move from the Cathedral to Our Lady of Lourdes, Wanstead as parish priest.
  • Canon John Harvey will move from St Edmund of Canterbury, Loughton to Brentwood Cathedral as the Dean.
  • Fr Gary will remain at the Cathedral and has been appointed as Director of Liturgy and Diocesan Master of Ceremonies

All moves take effect from the first Sunday in September. Fr Martin’s final weekend in the Cathedral parish will be 26/27 August.

  • Fr Tarciziu Erdeş From Assistant Priest to Parish Priest of The Assumption, Hainault
