Welcome to the Cathedral Parish of St Mary and St Helen which sits proudly at the heart of the Diocese of Brentwood, a large and diverse diocese that stretches from rural north Essex to the heart of the East End of London.
Lenten talks 2024
A series of talks recently took place at Brentwood Cathedral during the Holy Lenten Season.
All four talks were based on the recent Synod on Synodality which took place in Rome last October.
If you would like to know more about the Synod, you can watch the video recordings from each of the talks.

Holy Week 2024
As we enter Holy Week 2024, we would like to invite the whole Cathedral Parish to enter this ‘Sacred Time’ as we journey with Christ in these days ahead through his Passion, Death & Resurrection.
For full details of all the Masses and services during Holy Week, we have created a PDF guide which you can download.
